View My Bill Online
View My Bill Online allows you to view your monthly conference call invoices via the internet, helping you manage your conferencing costs more effectively and view reporting how you want to see it.
View My Bill Online allows you to:
- View, download and print invoices
- View your billing history, for up to the previous six months, with older invoices available upon request
- Centrally manage all accounts across your organisation or department*
- View details of individual conferences and/or participants - particularly useful for assigning charges to various internal cost centres
- Import data into your financial systems from Microsoft Excel based reports
Your invoices are broken down into three levels:
- Sales Invoice level, providing a top level summary of the services being charged for
- Call Analysis level, which breaks down each service into the number of calls and lists them by reference
- Participant and Charge Detail level, providing the participants/details of each particular call.
There are also options to search for a particular call reference and also to print a remittance slip at any point in an invoice.
Additionally, if you use the BT Onebill service, View My Bill Online is fully compatible with the BT Analyst software. For further information on BT Analyst and Onebill please visit the
