Using BT Conferencing Call Premium, up to 2000 professionals can initially listen on 'lecture mode', where all phones except the presenter's are muted to minimise background noise. Participants can then ask questions via the dedicated conference co-ordinator, enabling everyone to hear the question and subsequent answer.
Simultaneously, participants can view a series of slides and other files. This is further enhanced by the ability to use quick voting and polling online to engage the audience. The audience can pose questions using an online question and answer function - meaning that the presenter can continue to present whilst colleagues can monitor the audience responses.
