Plug-ins for Live Meeting

Live Meeting can be integrated with Outlook and Lotus Notes to make it quicker and easier for you to schedule and join Live Meetings. To do this you need to download the Outlook plug-in.

There are two Outlook plug-ins available to use depending on the technical system specifications of your PC, the system specifications and instructions on how to download the plug-in are outlined below:

System requirements

You can use the Live Meeting 2005 Outlook plug-in if you have the following system requirements:

Operating systems

Windows 2000 Advanced Server; Windows 2000 Professional Edition; Windows 2000 Server; Windows 2000 Service Pack 4; Windows Server 2003; Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1; Windows Small Business Server 2003; Windows XP Home Edition; Windows XP Home Edition N; Windows XP Professional Edition; Windows XP Professional N; Windows XP Service Pack 1; Windows XP Service Pack 2; Windows XP Starter Edition; Windows XP Tablet PC Edition

Please note: Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 in order to use the plug-ins.

Live Meeting requirements

Microsoft Live Meeting version 2005 and higher.

Application requirements for Outlook

Outlook 2000 with Service Pack (SP) 3 or later*

* Support for the plug-ins with Office XP requires a minimum of Office XP Service Pack 3

Application requirements for Office collaboration

At least one of the following:

Word 2000 with SP3 or later*
Excel 2000 with SP3 or later*
PowerPoint 2000 with SP3 or later*
Microsoft Project 2000 with SP3 or later*
Microsoft Office Visio® XP or later*

* Support for the plug-ins with Office XP requires a minimum of Office XP Service Pack 3
