Integrate your webcam with Live Meeting

To set up your webcam

Step 1: If you want to use a webcam to send your video for your participants to see you , follow the instructions provided with your webcam for connecting it to your computer and installing the drivers.

Step 2: Start a Live Meeting session.

Step 3: Then click on the Voice & Video pane.

Step 4: Then select the More options (>>) button.

Step 5: Then select Set up Audio and Video and follow the instructions.

Step 6: Once completed, in the Voice & Video pane, click the webcam icon, and then click Start My Video.

To receive video from the meeting

1. If the main video is not visible, click Voice & Video to open the Voice & Video pane.
2. Click the down arrow next to the webcam icon, and then click Show Main Video.
3. If the meeting uses Microsoft RoundTable for panoramic video, in the Voice & Video pane, click the down arrow next to the webcam icon, and then click Show Video Panorama.
