Download your Outlook/Lotus Notes Conferencing Add-in

It is recommended that you download the Live Meeting Conferencing Add-in for your email client before your set up your first meeting.

The Live Meeting Conferencing Add-in will allow you to perform conferencing tasks directly from Outlook / Lotus Notes making it quicker and easier to schedule and join conferences.

Live Meeting can be integrated with Outlook and Lotus Notes to enable you to:

• Schedule a Live Meeting directly from your Outlook / Lotus Notes application
• Identify individual meeting participants as attendees or presenters
• Send separate invitations for attendees and for presenters
• Specify default meeting options and override those defaults for specific meetings
