Option 3.Using the Lotus Notes Add-in

Meetings are simultaneously scheduled in both Lotus Notes and the Live Meeting service.
Specify all meeting options and set up default preferences from Lotus Notes.
Display the Organise Meetings page directly from Lotus Notes.
Option 4. Using the unscheduled "Meet Now" functionality
Start instant, ad hoc meetings at any time without having to schedule them in advance.
Option 5. Using the Live Meeting Web Access functionality
If you have no time before your meeting to install the Live Meeting windows-based console, or if your computer's security settings prohibit you from installing software from the Internet, run the Web-based Live Meeting console instead. Basic meeting functionality, minus the richer features, that you get with the Windows based meeting console, such as Presenter notes, Presenter images, and Snapshot slides.
