How to book a Premium Call
Contact us on UK Freefone 0800 77 88 77 option 1 then select option 2 to book your Premium Call. Please quote your EB account number.
If you are new to booking this service, please inform us so we can help to understand your requirements to ensure you receive the best service.
We need to know the date and time of the call, the expected duration and the maximum number of participants expected.
How can I make the most of my Premium call?
Recording the call, if any of the participants are unable to attend the call, we are able to provide various recording options so they can listen at a time convenient to them. Please consult with your Coordinator when booking your Premium call.
If there are any slides, documents, spreadsheets or other applications that need to be shared or amended with the participants, our web based online sharing tool Live Meeting would be perfect to make sure the audience is more engaged during your Premium call. Just ask for the Live Meeting facility. Visit our

If your speakers would like a question and answer session at any time during their call, our trained Premium Call Team can professionally manage this session for you - ensuring that questions are asked in an organised and timely manner. Please ask for Q&A service.
We can also transcribe the call for those who attended or missed the call. Just ask for the transcribing service.
If you have participants who speak other languages, we offer a translation and interpretation service.
If you want to know how many participants are planning to join your call, then ask for our Pre-Call service. This enables us to track the registrations of your participants. We can then share the participants list with you before the call takes place.
To ensure smooth entry into the call, participants should dial in five to ten minutes before the start of the call.
If they have any problems dialling into the call they can contact BT Conferencing on 0800 77 88 77 option 1 then select option 2.
They will be listening to music until the speakers are ready to start the call.
If the participants have any problems during the call, inform them to press * and then 0 on their telephone key pad to contact a Conference Co-ordinator.
If you are new to the BT Premium service and are unsure how the conference call will run, we will be happy to run a test call with you, just ask for the test call service.
Before your call, a Premium Call Manager, will call you to confirm that the details we have are correct. If there have been any changes, we can amend your call.
Any questions can be asked during the pre-call to ensure you are happy with how the call is to be conducted.
If you have any questions before or after this call you can contact us at any time.
If you need to cancel the call you can do so up until the start of the call.
After the start of the call our cancellation charges come into effect. For more information, please refer to your confirmation email which details the cancellation policy.
