- Polling: Polling is often used when a survey is needed and can be done either via the attendee’s web view online, or via their telephone keypad, with the questions pre-supplied to your Event Manager.
- Question & Answer sessions: The question & answer sessions usually take place at the end of the call and are managed by your Event Manager. Attendees can ask questions either via the web or via the audio service.
- Vantage Point: With our secure call management product Vantage Point, you can see the question & answer queue, attendee list, re-prioritise the questions or clear questions you don’t want to address. All of this is done through a direct chat facility to your Event Manager.
