It's easy to get set up

To register for BT MeetMe you'll need a BT Conferencing account.

Opening an account and registering for BT MeetMe costs nothing - you only start paying for the service as and when you use it.

Once you've registered, we'll email your account number, dial-in number, chairperson passcode participant passcode and a user guide to ensure you benefit from all the features that BT MeetMe offers. You will also receive a welcome pack and BT MeetMe account card in the post that you can use to record your personal details.

We recommend a specialist speaker phone where groups of people intend to use one connection.
