How it works

Participants dial into the same conference call, regardless of their location, through a standard local or toll-free number. The Chairperson simply arranges a date and time for the meeting and sends out the list of local dial-in numbers for participants along with the Passcode to join the meeting.

At the time of the conference, participants dial in on the most convenient number and enter the Passcode when prompted. These dial-in numbers and the Passcodes stay the same for all your BT MeetMe Global Access conferences.
