Vantage Point is a simple web-based application that provides you with a private, real-time view of your BT Premium call. With Vantage Point, all aspects of your BT Premium call are available visually on your desktop, allowing you to respond quickly and make better decisions by giving you more information right at your fingertips.

The easy-to-use interface allows you to view the participants of your BT Premium call, prioritise the Q&A queue, and chat directly with your BT Premium Event Manager without leaving your desk. Perfect for high-profile conference calls, such as quarterly earnings calls and press conferences.

Chat

• Conduct a private chat conversation with your BT Premium Event Manager by utilising the simple, text-based chat feature of Vantage Point.
• Converse with your co-ordinator to manage your conference call, participants list and the Q&A queue.

Participant list

• View all participant information in real-time – who is on the call / who has already left the call.
• Monitoring a real-time count of how many participants are currently on the call.

List sort

• Sort participants by name, company , and location, in both ascending and descending order.

Question & Answer queue

• View the name of the person currently asking a question
• See the names of the participants who are waiting for their turn to speak.
• Re-order participants within the queue
• Prioritise the order in which questions are taken
• Remove participants from the queue

Default order

• Option to re-order the Q&A queue into the order that the participants entered the queue.
