The feature-rich software includes six major components: System Management, Global Directory, SoftUpdate, Provisioning, Account Management and reports. Centralised call directory, intelligent dialling features and remote alert notification, Global Management System make the Polycom V-Series, Viewstation® , iPower ^TM and ViaVideo® product lines as easy to use as a telephone.
