You'll need a PC with Internet access to set up your instant video conference. You can use Online Services to either

  • Book a video conference or
  • Launch a video conference (launch is the instant conference)

You must be registered to use the instant video service. We'll need to know what type of equipment you have and its connection speeds. The registration form is available from your account manager. This records the details of your sites where video equipment is located.

You can use any type of terminal equipment so long as it's registered BT Conferencing, eg, a set-top camera on your PC or a meeting room video system.
