What do I need?

To attend a BT WebEx Web Conference, as host or participant, you'll need:

PC

• 166MHz Pentium-based PC with Microsoft® Windows® 98, Me, NT 2000, or XP
• Sun JVM 1.4 or JVMs pre-installed with the supported browsers listed above
• Sun SPARCstation with Solaris 2.8 or 2.9
• Participant: 64MB RAM
• Presenter: 128MB RAM

Web browser

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, 6, or Netscape 4.7
• JavaScript and cookies enabled in the browser
• A localised version of Windows is required to host or attend fully interactive meetings on Asian versions of Meeting Centre (Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese)

Mac

• PowerPC Macintosh (G3 or better recommended)
• Macintosh OS 10.2.x or later
• 64 MB RAM
• Virtual memory on
• QuickTime installed
• Internet Explorer 5.4 or Safari 1.1 or later
• JavaScript and cookies enabled for the browser
• Note: Mac OS 9 is not supported.
